How to reduce stress for free

Many clients insist they're not stressed.

However, consider our daily lives: from the moment we wake up until the moment we go to sleep, we're often in a state of constant activity. When we are stressed, our cells need to work much harder. It is taxing on the body, causing our cells to age faster, which shows in our skin. What we feed our minds, we feed our cells. Negative thoughts, emotional feelings, or mental stress manifest physically in our skin. We owe ourselves time to de-stress, be kind to ourselves, and listen to our bodies more. We need to understand that without counteracting stress with a little self-love and gratitude, negative consequences will occur.

Follow these steps to destress for free.
