When booking for the first time please select “Your First Bespoke Sage Treatment” at 90 minutes.

During this appointment we will start with a consultation to gather all information and history that is relevant to determining the contributing factors to your skin or skin concerns.

On your second visit please select “The Bespoke Sage Facial Grade 2” at 75 minutes.

Once we have gained a deeper understanding of your skin over time, we have the option of “The Bespoke Sage Facial Grade 1” at 60 minutes. However, we will always guide you on booking after your first visit.

All our facials are designed to be deeply relaxing while also creating positive changes in your skin. We advise booking "Your First Bespoke Sage Treatment". This includes a consultation to help us choose the best products and modalities tailored to your skin's needs. That way, you can unwind completely while we work our magic, delivering both relaxation and results.

If you’d like to focus solely on relaxation through massage, we suggest booking "The Sage Sculpt" - a facial dedicated entirely to facial massage, sculpting, and relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, and head.

Microneedling prompts growth factors, that stimulates your skin to produce more skin cells. Your skin can only work with what it is given. Without preparing the skin first your skin is essentially making new cells that are the same as your old ones. Leaving little change and mediocre results. We would also delay needling for damaged and impaired skin barriers, it’s our mantra to repair & listen to the skin.

We prepare the skin over time with antioxidants, Essential Fatty Acids, and barrier supporting actives. Microneedling is nothing short of amazing, it just has to be delivered correctly!

Yes, to achieve the best results, I highly recommend using dermaviduals homecare alongside your in-clinic treatments. Treatments themselves contribute to around 30-40% of your skin's progress, while the remaining 60-70% comes from the products you use consistently at home, as well as lifestyle, diet et cetera.

Just like our facials, your homecare products are specifically customised to address your skin's needs at that moment. During each visit, we will make any necessary adjustments to your homecare routine and your treatment plan to ensure we're always moving closer to your goals.

Ultimately, skincare is a partnership. We'll work together to understand your skin's unique needs and make the right adjustments to achieve lasting results. Investing in both the right homecare and professional treatments is the key to transforming your skin and reaching your desired outcomes!

Sage Skin requires a £20 deposit to be paid upfront for all new and existing client bookings. The £20 deposit fee will be deducted from your treatment costs on the day. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so 48 hours before your appointment. Please note, your deposit fee is not refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, or if you fail to attend your appointment.

If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or on the same day as the appointment, there may be a charge of 50% or the full amount.

Vouchers are valid for treatments only and cannot be redeemed for products at this time.

Please make sure to thoroughly read your confirmation email, as it includes the location address and other important details.

Please complete the form sent via SMS 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This is required only for your first visit.

Please arrive at the scheduled appointment time, avoiding early arrivals.

We may advise to see you every month to treat your skin. It's important to note that monthly treatments tend to yield the best results and provide visible improvements in your skin. With a consistent monthly visit, you can typically expect noticeable changes within four months, which equates to four treatments. Of course, depending on the severity of your concerns, results may vary.

We highly recommend incorporating dermaviduals into your home skincare routine for those embarking on a journey to improve skin health and manage conditions such as acne, eczema, rosacea, and pigmentation, in conjunction with regular treatments.

We acknowledge that not everyone can dedicate ample time or financial resources to their treatments and products. We are more than willing to create a customised treatment plan that aligns with your lifestyle and budget.

We offer two ways to purchase vouchers-

Online: click "Buy Treatment Vouchers" in the website header. You can choose from pre-set facial options or select a custom amount. Your voucher will be sent via email to you or the recipient of your choice.

Physical Vouchers: to arrange a custom-amount physical voucher, please contact us at molly@sageskin.co.uk. These can be collected in person or posted to your preferred address.
